Twin Mountain Camping/Offroading Weekend (June 17, 18 & 19)
Join us for some camping, fellowship and off-roading at “Twin Mountain Offroad Adventure Park” in Williamsport, West Virginia.
June 17th @ 4pm to June 19th @ 1pm.
We have arrangement with “Twin Mountain Offroad Adventure Park” where the park will be closed to the public and only available to Fully Mission Capable, where we will enjoy a weekend of off-roading, camping, and fellowship.
Limited spots available.
We will also be testing a new event for the next “FMC Offroad Games”!
The registration fee covers entry for one 4x4 vehicle, camping for 2 nights, & weekend trail pass.
The only item(s) you will need to bring is your camping gear and food.
Amenities of the park:
· Several trails of varying degrees of difficulty.
· Skills/obstacle course to test your abilities.
· Vehicle accessible camp sites.
· Modern bathroom facilities with hot showers.
· Community fire pit.
· Breathtaking views.
Agenda for the weekend:
Friday June 17th:
· arrive to the park no earlier than 4pm on Friday.
· once in the park, introductions, safety brief, setup camp, tour of park, fellowship bon fire that night.
Saturday June 18th:
· am, will be exploration of the trails and the obstacle course
· mid-day, we will test out a new “FMC Offroad Game”, calling it “Trials vs Trails” this will test your accuracy with your vehicle.
· pm, additional trail riding if the time allows, an evening fellowship bon fire.
Sunday June 19th:
· no set morning schedule, people will be able to explore the trails/obstacle course, & group photos, depart part NLT 1pm.
Additionally for people wanting to convoy from the Raleigh area to the park, we will be departing at 10am Friday June 17th from the following location: 564 US-1, Youngsville, NC 27596
Please read all:
· Please bring anything necessary to provide and prepare your own meals for the weekend. I.e., drinks, snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Please have these items before entering the park on Friday, all participants will remain in park once you enter.
· Trail system is narrow, full-size trucks are not recommended.
· DO NOT bring firewood, firewood will be provided.
· Meals NOT included.
· Off-road trailers are allowed.
· Registration cost is per vehicle.
· This is a rain or shine event.
· No open containers while operating a vehicle.
· Alcohol is only permitted once trail riding and events are complete.
· No illegal drugs will be tolerated on this property.
· All participants will be required to sign liability release waivers for FMC & Twin Mtn Offroad Adventure Park, these will be available upon arrival.
· Refund policy: All refund requests must be submitted to fmcoverland@gmail.com NLT June 6th and a 10% processing fee will be deducted.
