FMC has the opportunity to bring in Morrisons Outdoor Adventure to do a class on vehicle recovery. It will be a one day class that will be held on Saturday November 12th at Camp Charles in Bailey NC. 30 mins from Raleigh. There is camping available for the weekend, see the information below about camping.

Mike and Sarah from Morrison Outdoor Adventures has offered offer us this class at a discounted rate just for Fully Mission Capable members, normally this training goes for $210 per individual.

$110 fee for training is “per driver” if you are bringing a “second driver” or “passenger” that is 16 years or older that want to partake in the training you will have to reserve a spot for them as well, there are a limited number of spots available.

We will cover all types of recovery methods including but not limited to winching, usage of Hi-Lift jacks, Kinetic, and much more. This class will consist of both classroom and hands-on learning. Limit of 24 individuals. You will need to pack a lunch and snacks for the day and bring something to drink (NO Alcohol). We will provide bottled water. All you will need for the class is a chair to sit in (if you get tired of standing) and a pair of working gloves!

We will be holding this class at Camp Charles which is a Scout Camp located at 8396 Boy Scout Road, Bailey, NC (about 30 mins east of Raleigh).

The $110 fee includes camping for the weekend (Friday evening through Sunday morning). There are no hook ups available. But there is electricity and water at the shelter in the campsite. There are restroom facilities with flushing toilets on site. If you are camping, you are responsible for your own meals.

Camping area will be open to participants starting at 6pm Friday November 11th and will close to participants at noon on Sunday November 13th.

*Names of registered participants will be verified upon entry to the training.

**You are welcome to bring additional individuals to enjoy the camping aspect of the weekend but only registered participants may take part in training.

***Refund policy: All refund requests must be submitted to fmcoverland@gmail.com NLT November 4th and a 15% processing fee will be deducted.
